Delivery & Return Policy

We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 working days.

Delivery times will depend on the shipping method selected at checkout.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with delivery details.

Please note that delivery times may vary during busy periods.

If you change your mind, you may return your item within 30 days of receiving it.

Items may be removed from packaging and inspected, but must not be used beyond what is necessary to check the product.

Returned items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.

Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets the return conditions, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to appear in your account.
